Whether you are seeking treatment that can work with your fast paced lifestyle, or improve your professional look, we can help.
Removing stains, and brightening the enamel of your teeth is a fast, but extremely impactful treatment option. Many of our patients already know a bright smile can highlight your whole look and help you leave a great first impression. Increasingly, our professional patients are asking for in-office teeth whitening to help them gain that smile that can light up a room.
Our teeth naturally pick up stains from regular use, including consuming foods, drinks, and then just other environmental factors. Stains collected on the outer surface of our teeth are known as extrinsic stains, they are easy to remove through the application of a bleaching solution. You will find that many store-bought whitening products boast results, but often leave people dissatisfied. This is because store bought products can not offer the same level of concentrated treatment that we can provide in office. We provide our patients with prescription strength, in a controlled environment where we monitor results and can even repeat til you get noticeable change.
Dental bonding can produce significant changes, without the time and costs of other treatment. Using composite filling material, we can cover and alter small areas of damage on your teeth. This includes repairing chips, closing gaps, and even resurfacing teeth that are internally stained and can’t just be whitened to restore. Dental bonding is less invasive than other treatments including dental veneers and crowns, and though the results can be less durable, they can still provide a patient with an improved look for years to come. Dental bonding includes the application of composite resin, which is a putty-like material, to the tooth and then reshape and rebuild as needed.
Many patients know that dental crowns can be used to cover and protect a damaged tooth. What they may not know is that it can also be used to cover and perfect a tooth that is unsightly, misshapen, chipped, damaged, cracked and more. We can give your most visible teeth the appearance of being straight, even, and perfect. Dental crowns are customized to completely encase and surround a tooth, and with that, we can manipulate the shape to give a look of perfection. Generally, porcelain is the material of choice in visible dental crowns. Porcelain is a ceramic compound that mimics the light-reflective properties of natural enamel. It can also be textured and color-matched to your existing teeth. We can help you have a professional looking smile faster than you think.
Using the same material as a crown, a dental veneer is a razor-thin shell of porcelain that is bonded to just the front surface of a tooth. This allows us to alter the visible portion of your tooth, or even all of your front teeth, for a quick yet dramatic change to the look of your teeth. Veneers can be used to alter the appearance of your most visible teeth, covering teeth that are discolored from intrinsic stains including fluorosis, chipped or fractured, misaligned, uneven in length, irregularly shaped or twisted, and even close gaps. Dental veneers do require an alteration of the original tooth, we will need to remove a small amount of enamel to accommodate the thickness of the veneer. For this reason, the veneer procedure is considered irreversible.
