Star City Dental is thrilled to announce the arrival of our newest associate, Dr. Mariah Allen. A native of the charming rural town of Alma, Nebraska, Dr. Allen brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and dedication to our Lincoln practice.
Dr. Allen’s journey in dentistry began in 2017 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. It was there that she not only discovered her passion for dentistry but also met her husband. Her hard work and determination culminated in her being named valedictorian of her graduating dental school class. Following her academic success, Dr. Allen pursued an advanced degree in general dentistry, which took her and her family to North Carolina.

After a few enriching years practicing in the beautiful state of Wyoming, Dr. Allen returned to Nebraska, eager to serve the community she loves. Her commitment to making a difference in the lives of her patients is evident in her empathetic and compassionate approach. She ensures every patient feels valued, heard, and comfortable under her care. Dr. Allen specializes in surgeries, implants, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. She is dedicated to significantly impacting her patients’ lives by alleviating pain, restoring function, and enhancing confidence with beautiful smiles.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Allen enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two children, Emmett and Merrick. The family cherishes their weekends, whether exploring nature, perfecting their golf swings, or enjoying a cozy coffee shop. Dr. Allen is also an avid Husker volleyball fan who enjoys the simple pleasures of family life and time spent with friends.
Dr. Allen’s dedication to her profession is further exemplified by her Omicron Kappa Upsilon Chapter Alpha membership, a national honorary society for dentists, and the American Academy of Oral Medicine.

With the addition of Dr. Allen, Dr. Toscano will split his time between Star City Dental and our sister clinic, Neighborhood Dental, in Gretna, NE. Dr. Brandon Toscano is grateful to have served the Lincoln community for the past 2 years and is excited to extend his care to our neighbors in Gretna. Dr. Toscano will continue to practice Sedation and Implant Dentistry at Star City Dental and looks forward to continuing to work with his patients. We are confident that her expertise, kindness, and passion will significantly impact our patients and the community at large.
